Payment is required at the time of purchase.
We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
User Content
Your Ownership
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to:
Store, process, and display Your Content to provide the Service
Use artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze and process Your Content
Create derivative works (such as color variations and edited versions) in accordance with your instructions
Display Your Content to users you choose to share with
Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Violates any law or infringes upon others' rights
Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
Is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains personal identifying information of others without their consent
Intellectual Property
The Service (including its design, functionality, software, and content, excluding Your Content) is owned by ACCURATE NETWORKS LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe your conduct:

You may terminate your account by contacting us at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ACCURATE NETWORKS LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or submission to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Severability
